How far in advance do I have to schedule a service?
- We request 7 days advanced notice on orders. However, if it is less
than a week notice please call or email to check availability. Weekday
deliveries - call or e mail for availability.
How does the process work?
- After submitting your order we will make arrangements with your
rental company to get access to your property. We do our best to have
all orders delivered before the scheduled check-in time (usually 4 pm).
We work our fastest to have groceries in your home before arrival, but this
cannot be guaranteed.
Is there a minimum requirement for services?
- Yes. There will be a minimum charge of one hour of service.

Can I pay with a credit card?
- Yes. We take Visa, Mastercard and American Express. There is a 3%
service fee for all credit card orders. Personal checks are also
accepted.
Are these the only services Hopper Shopper provides?
- No. Other services are available on request.
Hopper Shopper provides a dependable, timely service to its clients. Each
delivery will be handled with personal care. Hopper Shopper wants you to be able
to enjoy your time while we do all the extra work.
